Service was completed quickly. However, the pricing was expensive. I’ll admit I agreed to the estimate. I had a lot of work done. 90k mile service. Transmission flush, brake flush However, the pricing was expensive. I’ll admit I agreed to the estimate. I had a lot of work done. 90k mile service. Transmission flush, brake flush, coolant flush, front and rear diff flush, washer motor replaced, brake bleeder, and fuel tank pressure sensor. They quoted me $1100 for the sensor and called to confirm if I wanted it. I agreed. I received a text less than two hours later that the work was complete. After searching online I found the sensor only cost $78 at most auto parts dealers. When I asked why the price was so high my service tech said they use a computerized system that issues a preset amount of labor for a specific job. If the labor takes a lot less time the price doesn’t go down. The sensor, with labor ended up being over $1200 and took less than an hour of labor. Overall bill was $3200. I printed out coupons from their website for half the job I needed done but the service advisor said that none of the coupons applied to me which the coupons did not state. Pricing seems excessive. But my truck was returned quickly and everything was accomplished. More

Went in for an oil change. Estimate was $60. Picked up the truck and the bill was $160. It’s a diesel, so the higher price is correct……but why the $60 estimate? Got home, Estimate was $60. Got home, parked in the driveway and found a pool of oil under my truck in the morning. The oil filter was installed improperly and was leaking. My truck has 13,000 miles and I bring it to the dealer to be sure the work is done correctly. Very disappointed. More
