Bought a Jeep.Wench wasn't working they wouldn't fix it. Recently bought a Jeep at mcCarty.sales people were friendly and helpful.But I was not told the wench on the Jeep didn't work.called several times.fin Recently bought a Jeep at mcCarty.sales people were friendly and helpful.But I was not told the wench on the Jeep didn't work.called several times.finally got thru to a manager.He told me the wench was after market and they wouldn't fix it.Also after the deal was made I was told the Jeep had been rear ended.I even told the salesman rear end had a noise.I bought a new truck from mcCarty years ago, but I will not buy another vehicle there. Scott B. has been fighting on my behalf with my warranty company for two weeks to do what was right to pay for the engine repairs. He could have apologized that they declined it and asked what I wanted to do about the problem, but instead he showed true integrity and fought a long, drawn out battle for me to get what I had paid for in the warranty. He never showed frustration to me but kept me in the loop throughout the process.
