Roy was amazing but horrible service from service I bought a 2012 dodge a little more than a month ago, Roy the sales guy was amazing, very helpful, but shortly after i bought the car I started having I bought a 2012 dodge a little more than a month ago, Roy the sales guy was amazing, very helpful, but shortly after i bought the car I started having problems with it not starting,, Abe replaced the battery, and i left, it was a little more than a week later, I started having problems again, I contacted Roy, he asked me to bring it in and I did, after setting there for a while, they let me know that they needed to send my car to a dodge dealership, and they had my car for about a week, but did not find anything wrong. i picked it up, and it was doing good for a bout a week, and then started doing the same thing again. I am not asking for anything special, and I understand that some times cars break down, but it has had to be jumped 15 times total, and that is not counting the jump that they gave it on the day i took it for a test drive, but they assured me that it was because someone left a light on... If only I knew then what I know now. Now I don't know what to do. I do have a warranty, but they don't cover a rental car so I hope that Power is happy with themselves selling a hard working person a car and not standing behind it.... More

Easy, quick, and reasonably priced purchase! I live in Springfield and checked out Powers website to see their inventory. I drove up to the dealership on Tuesday after work, test drove the car, signed papers and drove off the lot within an hour. I even had financing! The whole experience was amazing and I highly recommend them. The price was more than fair with absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics! More

Very Pushy and rushing I had test driven a car here before I was told of the Costco Autosave Program. I was given a dealership out of town and when I called Costco they said I had test driven a car here before I was told of the Costco Autosave Program. I was given a dealership out of town and when I called Costco they said yes, Power Mazda was an authorized dealer with them. When I contacted them with the kind of car I wanted, was told they had it but not in the color I wanted but would have to get it within 3 days. When I told them I was getting a better price at another dealership,they asked for the Vin # of the car which I had not yet picked up. I do not deal with any place of business that is pushy and it's a shame as I like to support businesses where I live . Power Mazda needs to change their ways and retrain their employees. More
