Terrible Experience I purchased a Mazda CX-5 (which I do love by the way) that wasn’t ready to sell yet (which I understood) so they gave me a loaner until my car was rea I purchased a Mazda CX-5 (which I do love by the way) that wasn’t ready to sell yet (which I understood) so they gave me a loaner until my car was ready, nice right. Wrong. The process it took in actually getting my car was lengthy and extremely frustrating. It took them 12 days to have my car ready, they just kept changing the date that it would be done. And when they brought the car, the interior was FILTHY. It hadn’t been cleaned from the previous owner. Dirt all over the seats and doors, stains on the seats, and pet hair. Apparently they didn’t have time in the 12 days they had my car, to clean it. When I told them about it they said they would make it right. So I called and texted the next day to set something up where so would take it to get detailed and they would pay for it. I got ignored by both the salesman and Omar, the manager, until my angry boyfriend called from his phone and Omar picked up on the first call... When I finally got my car detailed, the detail place billed Power Mazda and when they called Power to get payment, Power gave them the run around and hung up on them three times. The detail place didn’t get payment until the next morning. My car was also given to me with LESS than a quarter tank of gas after I had just filled the loaner car they took back. They also didn’t give me floor mats for my car, but I don’t want to go through the hassle of trying to call them and get some. Not worth it. All around, business was conducted very poorly by Power Mazda. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Awful!!! More
Rough Customer Service So, I leased my vehicle from Power Mazda on February 3rd, 2018. I was told that the vehicle had roof rails (by Bryson our salesman), so I purchased c So, I leased my vehicle from Power Mazda on February 3rd, 2018. I was told that the vehicle had roof rails (by Bryson our salesman), so I purchased cross bars for it during the lease negotiation. When we walked out to drive the vehicle home from the dealership, I noticed it didn't actually have roof rails. Bryson said he would just refund us the purchase amount. When the check didn't arrive, I called Omar who said he would have the check printed and we could pick it up at the dealership. I went to the dealership on a Saturday about 3 weeks ago, and Omar said the check was in a safe that he couldn't access until Monday. I said that was fine, and he could just mail it to me. As of this message, I still have not received the check. My wife and I have both left messages for Omar that have gone unreturned. We have been left a little frustrated and confused by the lack of communication from the dealership. We are wondering what needs to be done in order to resolve this situation. More

Satisfied Client Wanted to change vehicles but was dreading the sales transaction interaction. Left after a few hours with my different vehicle. Keller made the whole process relaxed and professional. Power Mazda I worked with Cody at Power Mazda. Cody seem like a very nice guy. He wasn’t pushy like some car salesman ,which I liked. Cody was up front and strai I worked with Cody at Power Mazda. As well as providing me with a rental while my car was being fixed after a couple fixes and no progress with the car it was a loss, so Mike brown was asked to help us find a new vehicle. Thanks to Mike we now have a 09 Mazda 3i that I am in love with, thank you Mike and thank you power Mazda. More

I have met several of their staff and every one was helpful and friendly. They followed through on my requests for information through the ordering process, keeping me informed. And when it arrived, they accommodated my several delivery day requests. Specially worked with, and big thanks, to Salesperson Roy Watkins and Sales Manager Jeff Crites. Both were smart and capable. Mario in Parts was extra helpful in getting me many extra Mazda accessories since it arrived (with more really good pricing). Highly recommend you give them a call/visit! More
Good Car but very poor Salesmen,and poor business procedures It was my first time buying a car and I went there just browsing around cars. I already had a prequalified offer from Capital One but the sales guy Jared and his sales manager/supervisor Jeff Crites re-ran a hard enquiry with 12 different lenders and ended me up with one of the lenders who they get commission from. Since this was my first time buying a car, I was not aware about the buying process and they ended up giving me 13% interest rate. Thier finance person folds the truth lending disclosure document in such a way were we cant see the interest rate and final price. Sales guy hags so much that they make it seem like a crime to leave without buying a vehicle from them. This is a whole scam, I am an active duty military and thier business practice is the worst I've ever seen. After their hard enquiries, and dropping my credit score to more than 50 points, I was able to refinance with Chase bank on 3.9% after 6 months of on time payment. Please avoid this place at all costs. If you want to buy Mazda, please visit other dealership and avoid this place. Oh yeah the sales guy also promised me to tint my windows which they completely denied coz it was not in a "written" document. More
