This was our first time working with Power Mazda in Salem and we could not be more pleased. Clint Edwards was informed, personable , straight forward and no pressure. It was the simplest, easiest purchase we have ever made on a new automobile and we are a seasoned couple in our 50's and tend to each purchase a new car every 5 years , often with mixed results. Clint Edwards brought the tone of customer service to the highest level we have ever had and Lars, who handled the final process was also a breath of fresh air in a sometimes jaded industry. They did so many of the little things that most dealers overlook. We will be coming back again , soon we hope. More

The price he offered was more than competitive when compared to other dealers. He was pleasant and made our purchase very easy and enjoyable. Power is fortunate to have him on their staff. In addition the other folks with whom we worked were straight forward and very pleasant. I should add that Lars in the credit/finance dept wss excellent to deal with and outlined all the options available- no pressure. The car we purchased on Saturday had just arrived via a ahippment. The necessary inspections and prep could not be completed until Monday. We would have to drive the car we traded back home unitl Monday. To my embarassment my battery died in the old car. Clint quickly and with pleasure made arrangements for us drive a car off the lot so we could get home. Greatly appreciated! More
