We purchased a used VW Beetle from Power & it was a mechanical nightmare! We brought it back to Power & explained our problems. We had no idea Power would stand behind our used car purchase & didn't expect to drive away a NEW Mazda 2 with the payments at about the same price as the used VW Beetle! The NEW Mazda needed a swap out of the tires/wheels. One phone call to Tim in service & he had it all arranged for me! I highly recommend Power Mazda...especially RJ. THANK YOU!!! More

In the end R.J. found the perfect car for us, even a great color.) They welcomed our little dog Charlie too! Bruce was also very friendly and professional. We had been to other lots here in Salem and they were pushy and not listening to what I wanted. They tried to point me in a different direction of what i was wanting. I let them know the 3 styles I liked and the color. I didn't see much hope afterwards. My husband and I drove by the Power Mazda lot and as we passed it I saw the car I liked a white Mazda 3. We turned around to drive into the lot and take a look at it. It was a very reasonable price, it was white, and it was on of the cars I liked. We were able to look at the car and not be attacked by salesmen. We actually drove up to the office and found someone to help us. Steve DeDominick was very patient, helpful, and laid back. He wasn't going at a mile a minute. He let the car sell itself. He answered some questions of my husband. He never once made us feel like he was sugar coating anything. He was honest, and upfront about everything. He was not pushy at ALL. We would definately go back to Steve at Power Mazda. That was the BEST service we have ever had in buying a car. Thank you Steve! You really made our time there a relaxing environment! More
I bought a Mazda 3, the salesman was nice. I had to wait over an hour to go talk to the finance guy, who then had to call someone else to help me. Now I got here for my appointment at 8, and am waiting to go for a ride with a tech. They said "It shouldn't be too long, it is now 9 and someone who came in at 8:30 has already done their ride along. More

I live in Eugene and really did not want to drive all the way to Salem to buy a car, but our local dealership would not give me the deal I wanted on a new CX 5. I called Power Mazda just to see if they were also charging so much over the MSRP, because, maybe I was being unrealistic. I spoke to Kevin, one of the sales managers, and he told me that Power Mazda would sell me the car for the MSRP. I won't go into the details of negotiating with our local dealership, but suffice it to say that they could not come close to matching Power Mazda's deal. Kevin had told me that a sales person would call me back to let me know when I could expect them to find me a Zeal Red one. In less than an hour Tamera O'Conner called to say that they had found the car I wanted in Seattle and could get it for me in two days. Not only that, they would deliver it to me in Eugene for no extra charge!!! That's what I call amazing customer service!! We arranged everything over the phone, including the price they would give me for my sight-unseen 1996 Subaru Outback trade-in. Tamera was wonderful to work with. She was there for me through the whole process. When I said I felt bad that I wasn't going to have a chance to meet her face to face, she told me that SHE would be delivering my car to me and driving my Subaru back to Salem!! On a Saturday!!! Tamera stayed late at the dealership, waiting for my new car to arrive from Seattle on Friday night and called me the minute it came in! There was a slight problem, it hadn't come with the roof rails as expected and we had already paid for the crossbars to be installed. She assured me that Power Mazda would take care of it at no additional charge to me. So, Tamera arrived a week ago, Saturday, with my beautiful new, Zeal Red Mazda CX 5, and walked me through all of the paperwork right at my dining room table! My husband and I are so happy that we had a chance to meet her. We feel that she really cared about giving us the best deal and service possible. I just got off the phone with her and someone will be picking my car up tomorrow morning and driving it back to Salem to have the roof rails and cross bars installed - at no cost!!! These people seriously care about their customers!!! Tamera has been an absolute joy to work with - every step of the way!!! If you are even thinking about buying a Mazda, give her a call. You'll be glad you did!! More

We went to Power Mazda looking for a late model used car. Steve De Dominick showed us a new Mazda 6 and took us for a test drive. The car sold itself, and Steve wisely let that happen. When we told him we also wanted to look at the Honda Accord and the Hyundai Sonata, he said, "I understand. When you come back, ask for me." We did come back, and Steve walked us through the sales process in record time. There was no running back and forth to "the manager." He simply wrote up the deal, went to the manager for approval, and it was done. We are very happy with our new car, which has everything we were looking for and nothing we didn't want. Steve put together a deal which allowed us to buy a new car for the price we expected to pay for a used car. There were never any high pressure tactics (which we did encounter at other dealers). Steve listened to what we wanted and did everything to make sure we got it. This was the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. We are big fans and will probably be repeat customers. More
