He never once gave me the run around that every other dealer did. I worked with him over e mails, texts, and phone calls and I trusted him more than the people I met in person trying to sell me cars. I typically don't trust salesman, but these people are truly amazing! They got me in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I never once felt taken advantage of or as though my time was being wasted. I'm an extremely picky person and Jeff took a lot of time finding me the exact car I was looking for. I drove three hours to get my car from him since I felt comfortable with him. He definitely earned my business and I won't hesitate to use him again the next time I buy a car! Thank you Jeff! More

Roy spent the entire afternoon showing me a variety of cars that would meet my needs. Since I was buying a used car for my niece, Roy took the car to her house and also spent another hour meeting up wit cars that would meet my needs. Since I was buying a used car for my niece, Roy took the car to her house and also spent another hour meeting up with my brother so he could check out the car. Roy knew his product line and efficiently took me to see several options. He stayed within my price range and never tried to show me a more expensive car. The financial details were completed within a half hour. Overall, the whole experience was positive. My niece drove home in her car a few hours later. More
I got a great price on my new Mazda. I was lied to on my trade-in. I was told that the title was branded, that they would be lucky to be able to wholesale it, and that they would give me only $700 for it. I trade-in. Within 3 hours, I asked to pay them $700 for the vehicle I traded in and have it returned to me. I was told that it had been wholesaled before I left their lot. The next week, I saw my former vehicle listed on Craigs List, ON THEIR LOT, for $5999. I was a fool. I do not begrudge them a profit. I do object to their multiple lies. How do they live with themselves or look their children in the eye? More

I drove up from California so I could purchase a new Mazda 3 for my daughter. Roy helped us from the time we arrived to the time we left the lot. My main concern was a dealer who would try to up sell an Mazda 3 for my daughter. Roy helped us from the time we arrived to the time we left the lot. My main concern was a dealer who would try to up sell and add on costs throughout the process but i am pleased to say he was very upfront and didn't pressure. The final price he gave was the final price with no hidden fees. Im very happy with his customer service and this overall experience. Id highly recommend Roy and will go back for my next vehicle! I've bought quite a few cars from this dealership and have to say this has been a nightmare. Two vehicles purchased and was thinking about a new car for myself, they ran my credit without telling me what have to say this has been a nightmare. Two vehicles purchased and was thinking about a new car for myself, they ran my credit without telling me what they were running it for, would not return my phone calls or emails, have spoken with three managers now just trying to get someone to talk to me and answer my questions. Bought a new Toyota, cancelled my warranty on my mazda in the trade, they won't give me an upright timely answer to my questions. The interest rate was lowered on my sons car and my payments were quoted at a different rate, but finance company said uh no - the payment is higher just shorter term, not what I agreed to. The management could only say that the salesman had health issues and I should understand he was not "with it". Have spent three days just trying to get them to answer one question. Has to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. There is no accountability for their treatment of their customers. Toyota has my business hands down from here on out. I have to add that Roy assisted me in getting the warranty issue fixed. He deserves to be recognized for being the only one that treated me like I was valuable and a customer. More
Got me a great Mazda 6 and put alot of work Into it, I'm so please and will recommend to anyone and everyone there great people and have a awesome deal I almost feel bad like I'm stealing from them lol.
