We had a great buying experience at Power Mazda in Salem, Oregon. We purchased a 2013 Mazda3 I Touring hatchback. We were very happy and impressed with our salesman Roy Watkins, and to help us get the best Oregon. We purchased a 2013 Mazda3 I Touring hatchback. We were very happy and impressed with our salesman Roy Watkins, and to help us get the best price. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all the questions we had regarding our new vehicle. Bruce Bailey was also great in preparing and processing all the paperwork and the details of the financing. Steve Schendel was also very great in the Service Department -- explaining everything in detail, as to what is done for the 3rd check of the vehicle. We are very impressed with the highway gas mileage we received on our first road trip. We took a 425 mile roundtrip drive from Salem, down to Crater Lake, and actually got 39.81 miles per gallon, which I believe is what actually showed on the manufactures sticker, from the EPA for the estimated highway gas mileage. So, that was very impressive. The car is running beautiful! This is my first new car I have ever purchased, and the first Mazda car I have ever owned. I am so happy I decided to buy a Mazda, and to have bought it from Power Mazda, in Salem, Oregon! :-) More

We have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years, often test driving multiple brands to select the best car for our needs. Power Mazda does not have a fancy showroom, but they have good people that k often test driving multiple brands to select the best car for our needs. Power Mazda does not have a fancy showroom, but they have good people that know their product and work with you in a low pressure style. In particular, Steve DeDominick, is one of the top salesmen that I have encountered over the years. We test drove a number of vehicles this year looking for a small SUV with good handling characteristics and reasonable road noise. My research showed me that the Mazda CX-5 met all of my requirements, but could be weak in the road noise area. Steve was the only salesman that listened to my request for a road test over rough surface roads that actually took me on a representative route. Other salesmen from two other Mazda dealerships, plus other brands, some much more expensive, were not as receptive. Steve is very knowledgeable in the vehicle's strengths and weakness and was willing to openly discuss issues with me when he realized that I was a car enthusiast. Our whole buying experience at Power Mazda was way above average. The best news is that the Mazda CX-5 has exceeded many of our expectations after a few hundred of miles of ownership. It doesn't handle like some of the sports cars that we have owned, but it is close in many areas and quite a bit better than some of its direct competitors. The ride and road noise is very good over rough roads, considering the auto's price point and good handling. More

Roy was great. He chauffered me around to different dealerships until i found a truck i liked. I felt comfortable taking my time and never felt pressured to make a decision. I didnt have much time before i had to go to work and both he and the rest of the team worked quickly to detail the truck and finish my paperwork. I was able to drive it home that day. I first received a flyer in the mail from Henry. Since I had actually been thinking about a new car, I decided what the heck, so I called and made an appointment with Henry. We discussed the particular car(s) that I would be interested in and which ones I didn't care for. It just so happened over the weekend a Mazda 3 came back to the dealership and was just waiting for ME!! I got to the dealership and Henry and I sat and talked about the Mazda 3 and mulled around a few other car(s). I do have to say Henry did a lot of work to get me the best deal he could get for me. By the time it was all said and done, Henry had a fantastic APR for me as well as terms. Henry was diligent, professional and treated me like he truely cared about helping me. It was about getting me a car that suited my needs and wants. This is truely the BEST experience I have had at a dealership since 1999 when I bought my very first new car. Henry proved to me today that 1 person can care about what the buyer wants and needs with out a bad experience. ( I say this because of a horrible experience I had in 2005). As well as treating a person with respect!!!! Thank you Henry!! I appreciate Henry and his hard work to have the financing come together to suit me!!!
