I had an excellent experience at Mazda of Salem. Ivan was very responsive via text and I had many of my questions about price answered before I drove there from an hour away. He was true to his word and there were no surprises. Ivan knew the vehicle very well and gave me a thorough run down of features I didn’t already know about. The financing process with Juan was easy and they respected my decisions. Ivan even offered to transport my old car back home for me so that I could drive my new Mazda home that day. Miles at Mazda Salem was very responsive when I first reached out. I was impressed by being able to converse by text and video since I live out of town. I had already done my research and test driven various makes and models and knew exactly what I wanted in the specific color. At first Mazda Salem didn’t have it, but as soon as it arrived, Miles followed up with me to let me know. I exchanged quotes with Mazda Salem and another dealership that same day. While both were very competitive and easy to work with, I chose Mazda Salem because their OTD price was slightly better and they are closer to where I live. I never felt like the dealership was being pushy. The whole process was pretty seamless, and I drove away with my new ride the same day. My household might eventually purchase a second Mazda, and if so I would definitely go back to Mazda of Salem. More
