I had an outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle at Salem Mazda, and I want to highlight two people who made the entire process exceptional: Erin in sales and Zvi in finance. Erin completely changed my expectations of what buying a car feels like. She was organized, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. She handled everything smoothly from start to finish and made the entire process stress‑free. Instead of the typical back‑and‑forth or pressure you brace yourself for at a dealership, she was transparent, patient, and incredibly helpful. She anticipated what I needed, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident at every step. She truly went above and beyond. Zvi, the finance manager, was equally impressive. Finance is usually the part people dread, but he made it simple and surprisingly pleasant. He was efficient, honest, and walked me through everything without any confusion or pressure. He made sure I understood my options and kept the process moving quickly while still being thorough. It was the smoothest finance experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Together, Erin and Zvi turned what could have been a stressful day into an easy, positive experience. They’re both huge assets to Salem Mazda, and I’m genuinely grateful for how well they took care of me. I highly recommend asking for them if you’re buying a car. More

It did surprise me that the dealership did not inspect any of their cars before putting them up for sale. Be very careful and do a thorough inspection or bring your own mechanic. More

This was my first time buying a car, and although I was a little hesitant at first, the team made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Sales person was great, helpful and nice. I bought a car but then financing came around. I did say I didn't want these things to the sales person who was going back and forth but somehow ended up with them. I went home and reviewed my contact, there are missing pages, I don't have my APR listed anywhere on the papers I have. I called to cancel the 2 optional items they put on my contract and was accused of waking up angry on Easter morning.. so this part soured my experience and now I'm upset and truly reviewing every little thing on the contract. Mostly my mistake that I trusted Mazda of Salem to be Fair and honest, but that's how it goes I guess.. More
