I think this was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I scheduled an appointment with Erin after explaining what I was looking for. Vick was also great in settling the deal and helping me choose the extra coverage I wanted. I felt that both Erin and Vick paid attention to what I wanted or didn't want and made it happen. After the transaction was complete, Erin brought me out to the car and taught me how to use all the functions. I have never experience that before. I spent over 3 hours at my local dealership before walking out when they were adamant about not making any adjustments for dealer add-ons that Mazda.
