After we resolved the issue by running my debit card (again), he proceeded to tell a story about how a year ago he messed up a down payment and had to eat the error. Why would this person tell me this story, right after I paid my bill? This really frustrated me, and I don’t think Asit thinks things through before he speaks. He talks a mile a minute and sniffles an awful lot. During the paperwork signing he complained about a recent paycut he received, and then proceeded to tell a story about someone calling him a “xxxxxx”. Neither my wife or myself found this story to be necessary, and using that word in any context, especially in a supposedly professional setting, is absolutely unnecessary and makes me think less of this dealership. We really liked our salesperson, Sofia, but to be frank: we were not difficult customers and knew exactly what we wanted. More
