My impression is that, while Mazda of Salem and Erin Perez are in the car sales business, it doesn’t stop and end there. We had a situation we had to work out which could have been a difficult and expensive decision, but we all worked together for a very satisfying conclusion. If it weren’t for the 90 min drive, I’d be back for all my servicing needs. The one time I did need service I found the technician to be responsive, thorough, and helpful. In every respect, my interactions have been met with interest, concern, cooperation, and a desire for me to be happy in my new Mazda CX-50 Hybrid. More
