Customer Service has gone downhill! We have been customers since 2014 and have bought 8 Mazdas. We take our cars to be serviced at Mazda. Yesterday, when we got serviced they said our We have been customers since 2014 and have bought 8 Mazdas. We take our cars to be serviced at Mazda. Yesterday, when we got serviced they said our battery was fine. We drove to Costco ( 5 min drive) and it would not restart. When we called Mazda, we got an automated answering system. We got called back in 20 minutes. It was very hot yesterday and we just had to sit there and wait. We take the car back and they test the battery again with a different type of tester and the battery is now bad. Why use equipment that does give an accurate reading? The shameless upselling, charging a 3% fee to use a credit card, no longer cleaning the car during services and automated phone system and made us realize it is time to take our business elsewhere. Not all Mazda dealers are charging a fee for using a credit card. Next service will be at another Mazda dealer, probably the next car too. More
