Every one especially Jerrell was great except Maha the finance person. She was extremely curt, did not do well to explain what I was signing. I requested a test drive on a Mazda3 online and to my surprise got a personalized video from Jon showing the details of the car. Being my second time buying a car I was worried about the "dealership expe surprise got a personalized video from Jon showing the details of the car.
