He had a great personality, he wasn't pushy at all and you could tell he wanted to make this a great experience and it showed. His knowledge of the vehicle was excellent, we had a ton of questions on some of the "bells and whistles" of the vehicle and he knew the the answers and explained them with no hesitation.
