Very Pleasant, Peace of Mind, Car Buying Experience! Saturday February 1st, 2020 I woke up to a flat tire on my Honda Accord, not to mention the day was huge for me! I had an appointment to test drive a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. The last one left, at a price I couldn't pass! I had already claimed the car so I was determined to make it work. I decided to contact Clifford again, (we spoke a couple of times during the week) and told him of my unfortunate circumstances, although roadside assistance was on their way, I would have missed my appointment time, so Clifford said he'd drive the car to me and we'd take it from there! I was like what!!! Talking about VIP service. When I officially met Clifford in person, it felt like I was talking to a long lost friend/family member. He was so inviting and made me very comfortable. He's a great person and honest. I also learned alot about the whole car buying experience (insurance too) from Clifford, to be so young I was absolutely impressed with the skills that he possess' and the service that he offers. 2 Kudos to you! Fritz was also very helpful! He made me feel important. He helped me make the best decision for myself when it comes to added protection and security. I am a single mother to one and the last thing we want to worry about is our vehicles not being reliable. Fritz offered me a package that I like to call "The peace of mind" package. He also, helped me with my insurance rates and I am smiling from ear to ear. David was very confident that the car was mine after running my credit score, I was too but was unsure of what my APR would be. When he came with my rates I was shocked! Blown back like "oh yea, hey hey!" He said congratulations twice and right there I knew I'd be leaving with a beauty. I always get my car maintenance here and usually get the full car inspection and and usually everything is checked, but they missed the brake inspection. I mean if you request for a full maintenance inspect full car inspection and and usually everything is checked, but they missed the brake inspection. I mean if you request for a full maintenance inspection doesn’t that include brakes as well? At my last maintenance the brakes were indicated yellow already and my brakes may have needed to changed, but they missed it this time. I mean isn’t safety an issue especially when it comes to brakes? I’m Disappointed because usually they’re pretty thorough. I contacted them back and made an appointment specifically to get the brake checked too and come to find out this morning, the appointment was canceled. I’m a bit disappointed Mazda EG. I waited 3 hours and requested an oil change and a full inspection along with other mini fixes this past Saturday and knowing that you guys have on records from my last maintenance that my brakes possibly needed to be changed but didn’t get inspected this time is upsetting. Its disappointing because you guys drop the ball this time. More

Purchased a CX 5 on Saturday and Garrett Oxnaes was the most professional and knowledgeable sales person I’ve dealt with in All of the car dealers I’ve dealt with. He was focused on getting me into somethi most professional and knowledgeable sales person I’ve dealt with in All of the car dealers I’ve dealt with. He was focused on getting me into something that would fit me as I’m 6’10 but also within my price range. We went on a test drive where he pointed out just about all the features from safety to entertainment the car had to offer. He answered any and all questions. I will most definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a car. I have been a Honda Toyota owner until now and will Alwsys consider Mazda for future purchases. I’d also like to add that DeAnnna Mass from the Finance Dept was also EXCELLENT as she had an easy goin no pressure vibe and was also EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE and friendly More
