His efficiency ensured a seamless process, and I appreciated his attention to detail. David was also friendly to talk with and I was able to ask him questions pertaining to the terms of the contract. He also took the time to explain the process and described the purpose of the documents I am signing. I took the car home but realized that I need to keep my existing payment schedule. I called David back the next day. I was expecting to get his voice mail so I can leave a message but to my surprise, he took my call. He gave me some guidance on how I can work out my preferred payment schedule with the finance company. So I have a move forward plan to work out a payment schedule with the finance company. In summary, my visit to Mazda of Elk Grove was nothing short of outstanding.
