The service element was fine, although it took much longer than expected. My biggest issues were with the state of the bathroom facilities, as well as the unprofessional Sales employees who were yellin longer than expected. My biggest issues were with the state of the bathroom facilities, as well as the unprofessional Sales employees who were yelling back and forth across the lobby area to each other. So if you have to wait for your vehicle, this is not the dealership to do so. More

Great friendly staff! We worked with Arsen the fleet manager and Hernan Abreo from JRO Auto Broker who made the experience great. They had a large selection of Mazda’s and had the MX 5 model we wanted. The whole Process was easy and painless! No pressure and no haggling back and forth.
