The staff was kind and respectful, but there were multiple times during the logistics and financing of the car that I caught discrepancies, that would have had me spending multiple thousands of dolla multiple times during the logistics and financing of the car that I caught discrepancies, that would have had me spending multiple thousands of dollars extra, for warranties and payments that should not have been included, and I had already rejected. For example, I was trading in my car, and in the financing, they had me paying for my car that I was trading in... then when he returned, he obviously took that payment off, and then I noticed there was a $3,000 warranty that was added, a warranty that we had previously talked about, and I declined. It took multiple trips back and forth and I had to call out these extra payments on the billing until we got to the final price, so I did not feel like I could trust their finance department. The rest of the staff was respectful and wanted to help me, but small things kept adding up, like not even mentioning that the bluetooth in the car was only available through a lightning cord, or a small scratch on the back of the car, and when I noticed it after I had left the dealership and called to see if i could get it repaired, he said "if this is what I think you're talking about..." which meant he knew about the problems and never went over them... small pieces like that. Overall, the Mazda I got has been wonderful, but I put in the research to make sure of that before I got there- I felt like I had to have some walls up, or they would have taken advantage of me more.
