From the moment I arrived, Adriana was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me understand what was happening with my vehicle. The Mazda technicians performed a thorough inspection, provided a detailed video, showed me the diagnostic results, explained everything in person, and answered all of my questions. Unlike my previous experience at another repair shop, Mazda was transparent and willing to physically show me the issues they found on my vehicle. What impressed me most was their honesty and professionalism. They documented the problem, explained how the damage was related to a previous brake repair, and even provided information on where I could file a complaint regarding the improper repair work that had been performed elsewhere. Roy Wells and Adriana treated me with respect, took the time to educate me about my vehicle, and made me feel confident that I was receiving accurate information. This is my 4th complimentary service that i purchase from Mazda claremont. Mr Roy(Manager) hands down is the best and very accommodating and i feel comfortable doing business with him, but the service itself Mazda claremont. I’m not sure how you guys check the technician whether the service was done or not, and/or if they did it the right way. I’m nit here to complain but my first visit, they only rotate the right side of my wheel despite sending me a video, and the same thing on my recent service, it says on the paper that they adjust the tire pressure on 36psi, and when i check they are all uneven, they also wash my car but there are soap spot on my seat, window and door.
