When I called they gave an appointment time, that doesn't seem to matter. I was giving a 8:30 time, when I got there, I was told cars were ahead of me. Interminable waits, even with an appointment. This is the second time in 3 months that your service desk has let me down. Took my car in for not starting , while servicing my vehicle I let them know that my check engine light was on but due to the battery being changed I had to wait.. called when it came back on and told a vehicle I let them know that my check engine light was on but due to the battery being changed I had to wait.. called when it came back on and told another tech the code that was showing up ( want to know how bad the issue may be). He said he didn’t know what that meant so I looked it up and told him what it seemed to be. When I brought it in my normal tech was there and I also told him the code and that the other tech had made an appointment. I call when I received an email that my car was ready asking if the check engine light issue is resolved and I’m told yes. Guess what it’s not. I call and I’m being told I requested a specific service and that they didn’t run a full diagnostic (which a week ago they did but only for the battery so not full). I’m a teacher not a mechanic, I gave them the code and what I saw it might mean, you’re supposed to tell me what it means. So I paid for an unnecessary service?! Just frustrated.. More
Staff were attentive, helpful and accomodating. Service was provided with a smile and sense of humor. FYI, a "video" of the inspection was not provided by the mechanic. The dealership is excellent. They understood my concern about the car battery problem and took my car in right away to be serviced and very quickly the problem was resolved and f They understood my concern about the car battery problem and took my car in right away to be serviced and very quickly the problem was resolved and fixed to my full satisfaction!!!! More
