This was a complex scenario. I had car engine replaced back in 2023. Took 5 months to get completed. Drove car for 3.5 months and then car started stalling out and check engine l I had car engine replaced back in 2023. Took 5 months to get completed. Drove car for 3.5 months and then car started stalling out and check engine light came on. My car was at dealership for 6 months and during that time service team turned over 4 times. While in dealership, was told catalytic converters (2) had to be replaced. Finally got car back (all in total repair cost (approx $14,200.00). Service was very spotty with keeping me in loop. The current service team has been Outstanding and turned a very very very negative experience into a positive one! 10 out of 10 for Krystal! She is great! More

They had to get the part for my car and I have to bring it back. I was not pleased with that at all then I’m out of the car for a whole day and I have to take a Uber to work.
