BEWARE: sales person was attentive when wanting to make a sale. However, that is the only positive. Took over six hours both leasing and picking up. Had two employees bullying me into GAP insurance aft a sale. However, that is the only positive. Took over six hours both leasing and picking up. Had two employees bullying me into GAP insurance after I declined other extras. Then it took over 3 months and tons of calls and emails to finally be told I need to pay an additional $460 to get tags and registration. Initially, they said it was an odometer issue and it was being rectified. The manager, MARK HARRINGTON, wouldn't even come out to speak with me directly when I finally had to show up at the dealership. I was forced to pay the $460 because I was going to have my registration suspended thanks to their negligence. More

I went into Mazda of Abington with no expectations. I was greeted by Jaylen, and he answered our initial questions. It was immediately clear he knew tons of information about the car and Mazda's over I was greeted by Jaylen, and he answered our initial questions. It was immediately clear he knew tons of information about the car and Mazda's overall approach to car ownership. Often, salespeople only know about the more expensive cars. We were in the market for a smaller, cheaper car, but Jaylen knew everything about it. I felt informed. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and welcoming. I never felt pressured or nervous. It was a lovely car-buying experience. More
