Do not stand by the paperwork they MAIL to your house involving lease trade in deals. They dangle a car in front of your face prematurely and then 3 hours later say you don’t qualify. I’m usually 100% satisfied with the services I receive but not this time. I got my tires rotated & the tires’ pressure wasn’t checked. I paid for the services I received which included an oil change. I thought tire pressure check was a complimentary service with an oil change.? Twenty miles down the road the tire pressure light came on. I was angry!!! I paid to have the tires rotated & the mechanic did not check the pressure on all the tires before closing the service ticket? To add injury to insist when I called back & complained to Luke, he made up all sorts of reasons why it came on & then even suggested that I put air in the tires myself. I told him I paid to have the tires rotated, the air pressure should’ve been checked therefore I’m bringing it back for Mazda to correct the air pressure in my tires. They did & the light hasn’t been back on since. More
