They told me I had no equity in my lease. Two third party dealers offered me $300-$500, while Mazda offered me zero. When I got it appraised, they told me “if I brought the car back 3-4 months ago, I would’ve gotten 2-4k”. They claimed because my car needed two new tires and windshield wipers, I wouldn’t get anything for the car. Mind you, I just got an oil change in November and all components were well. Won’t be leasing here again. More
