Mr. Dague, I want to apologize for the dissatisfaction you experienced during your recent experience. I do want to assure you that our team did not engage in any vandalism of your vehicle. Our priority has always been to accommodate you and your family to the best of our ability, especially during the inconvenience of recall or warranty work. We understand the frustration that comes with waiting for parts, and we did our best to expedite anything we could on our end. I understand we added a new Mazda CX-90 to our fleet specifically to meet your needs. We were disheartened to see that the vehicle was returned with damages. Despite this, we chose not to charge you for those repairs. During your last visit, it seems there may have been a misunderstanding about our intentions. Our aim was to deescalate the situation and ensure the safety and well-being of our staff. We are sorry if our efforts were perceived as rude, as that was not our intention.
