Chris (Nino) Alaman & Roger Thurman both assisted us on the sale of a Mazda CX-50 and they treated us like we were their family. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire transaction. All staff members were friendly and really went the extra mile to ensure we got what we wanted, and what worked for our budget. They were completely honest and transparent throughout the whole process, and we couldn't have asked for better service. We had done extensive research prior to coming to Mazda Roseville and I highly suggest anyone in the market to buy a car does the same. We had visited Maita, Elk Grove, and Dublin Mazda and done a bunch of online shopping prior to the date we actually purchased our new car. All the other dealerships we visited were professional and helpful enough, but none of them made me feel as well taken care of as Mazda Roseville which is how they ultimately won our business. When it came time to financing the vehicle, and signing on the dotted line Cristi in the finance department helped us. A special shoutout to her for explaining everything in detail, and answering any questions we had. A extra special thank you for making it as quick and painless as possible! Buying a car in 2023 was/is an entirely different process than it was a few years ago, it is streamlined and designed to cater to the buyer more so now more than ever. Online shopping is accurate and they often display the out the door cost right there on the website! Making the negotiation process about what can actually fit in your budget rather than how you can rip each other off to get the best deal. The dealership did not try to sell us any extra unnecessary stuff to raise the price. BE AWARE! !! One of the biggest crooks I have meat in the auto sales industry. They were trying to make extra money through financing, trying to do tax/licens !! When I told them that I am buying cash and the car is going to be transported out of state and registered out of state, they told me that I have to use their own transport, again so they can make money off of it. I told them that I want to use a transport company that I know, to which they responded with an ultimatum. They said either we use our own transport or we charge you California Tax and licensing. When I told them that's illegal, I am going to get my attorney involved, the salesman just hung up on me. More
