We went in originally to buy out our lease and was given all the options to buy out the lease, or purchase a new car. The staff was very helpful in making sure that we were taken care of. Gino Manley was very forthcoming in regards to price and availability of my newly purchased CX5. Not only is Gino pleasant to work with as a sales represenative, Gino is very knowledgable about the product availability of my newly purchased CX5. Many salesmen are only able to provide the type of information one can find readily availble in the brochure. Gino is able to take things to another level should one be so inclined to go there. Gino was able to provide detailed technical/mechanical information in regards to the perfomance and history of the engine/drive train platform as well as test performance information of the safety equipment provided on the vehicle and not by saying I'll get back to you but by answering all questions asked of him on the spot. At the other end of the spectrum I was also impressed how he offered to set up our cell phones to the Blue Tooth without being asked. Some times the little things say much about ones charactor. On the day of closing I had finished a 24 hour shift at work and had been on my feet for 36 hours when we sat down to sign papers. All of the staff were very patient and understanding as they worked with assisting me through the process. I intend to recommend Gino and his staff to my friends and family. More
