UPDATE 8/10/2023 After this post, literally the next day - The car would not start. The battery was deader then dead. No reason for it, as we hadnt put anything - not even a phone charger - in the car yet. - The car would not start. The battery was deader then dead. And every few days *I* have to continue to follow up - because no one has customer service skills. All I know is "waiting on a battery to arrive". No ETA - or even if thats the issue to begin with. Complete crap customer service. I've been doing Customer Service / Tech work for over 23 years and if I treated my customers like this id have none. 8/1/2023 Such a great experience here!
