I had been car shopping for about 2 months when a close friend suggested that I check out the Mazda CX-5. So I went to Mazda City after work one day and within a few hours I was driving home with a brand n friend suggested that I check out the Mazda CX-5. So I went to Mazda City after work one day and within a few hours I was driving home with a brand new CX-5 and beyond happy! The customer service was above anything I experienced at any of the other dealerships I had went to and I never once felt pressured or bullied into purchasing the car. They simply showed me what they had that met my wants and needs and offered me all the information. Stephen was extremely knowledgable about the car and all of it's many safety and entertainment features and Luis was able to answer all of my questions about the various extended warranty options as well as other add on options they offered when purchasing. They both worked with me to give me the best possible, and most fair price on not only the car but also on my trade in. I felt completely at ease the whole time and I didn't have to haggle or deal with a dog and pony show like you do at most dealerships. It was incredible. If you're in the market for a new car I HIGHLY recommend going to see Stephen and Luis at Mazda City. Especially if you don't want to feel bullied and want to actually walk the lot to see some of your color options and not just sit in an office until they bring them around like they do at other dealerships these days. Walking the lot was how I found the beautiful blue color that I fell in love with and ended up driving home. Make sure Mazda City is on your list next time you're in the market. You won't regret it! Wow , I still cannot believe how easy this process was. This was like me going into the grocery store, knowing what I’m getting and knowing what I’m paying for! I just still couldn’t believe how easy this whole process was. I have to start off by thanking Aaron, the finance manager. I was greeted immediately by him. Me the person I am, wearing clothes like a bum, none of them judged me. They treated me like a real customer, ignoring my hair that wasn’t brushed or flip flops on with sweat pants and shirt that didn’t matched lol. I came in asking for a drink to help me with my salty fries and no judgment lol. They really took me serious. I could’ve easily been a bum and they passed no judgement. My husband really appreciated that. Funny thing is I always look like this but me and my husband are both professionals. He’s a dentist in the area and I’m a retired business woman. We were car shopping for weeks. And we wished we had came here First, especially with our experience with Aaron. You would have never guessed he worked in finance, he greeted me right off the bat and was so nice. I assumed he worked in sales although he was Never pushy not once. Everything I asked for , he actually listened! I told him numbers I was comfortable with and he made it happened! It was like he waved a magical wand. He didn’t come back to me with some numbers way off, or even slightly. He knew I was serious and he meant business. TRANSPARENCY. Is the best word to describe Aaron. No games! No xx! We went to Lexus , we went to bmw , we went to Mercedes and we to Lincoln and looked at Cadillacs. And guess what? We purchased a Mazda , and not just any Mazda. The Mazda CX-9 carbon edition. You sit in the vehicle and you feel the luxury without paying the luxury prices! My husband tells me all the time that I get lost with name brands. And he’s right!
