In and out in less time than I thought Car had to have oil change and alignment. When I got there I was greeted and they took my vehicle right in. I was escorted to Ron my service rep and h Car had to have oil change and alignment. When I got there I was greeted and they took my vehicle right in. I was escorted to Ron my service rep and he told me what to expect and pricing. Recommendation was what I wxpected and I was in and out in no time and received a car wash on top of that. NO surprises Went to s few dealers to get information. Maxon was clear about pricing, trade in value, and extras. No hard sell at all. When I said I was leaving & Went to s few dealers to get information. Maxon was clear about pricing, trade in value, and extras. No hard sell at all. When I said I was leaving & not buying that day, they respected that. They were happy to get my business & all expressed thanks for using their dealership. When I had to leave while making the deal because it took to long ( 3+ hours!) I was called that night, & told that they were takin g$500 more off my price for my inconvenience. I got a price on the internet- it was honored. I was quite pleased with the salespeople & service at Maxon. More
