My oil change appointment was at 1:15. I got there at 1:10 and after checking in I want to say my car was starting to be serviced by 1:30 and was done around 1:50. I know because my car was in my site the entire time. Then they took it off and I know they usually wash it after so I figured I’d be done by 2:30. When 2:50 came and I still hadn’t been called for my car I went to look outside and there it was just sitting there. It still hadnt been washed so I just asked for my keys and left but they should have given me the option to have my car washed if I was going to be waiting over an hour just for that. Would have much rather went on with my day. Other than that it was good. More

Worst Experience EVER........go elsewhere I live 45 minutes away from this dealership. I negotiated the price, over the phone as they were supposed to match the Truecar price I received from a I live 45 minutes away from this dealership. I negotiated the price, over the phone as they were supposed to match the Truecar price I received from another dealership. Other dealerships I called could not match the price and were courteous enough to tell me that over the phone as to not waste my time, gas and tolls. After spending about 20 MINUTES on the phone, going over everything with John Exum and Mike Kirk (a supposed manager), I was assured that the price would be matched excluding taxes and a $499 DMV fee. I was told there were absolutely no other costs. TOTALLY DIFFERENT STORY WHEN I GOT THERE. THE PRICE WAS JACKED UP $5,000 MORE THAN THE AGREED UPON PRICE. $5,000 MORE!!!!!!...... This is the line I was told from Mike, "WELL, NO DEALER IS GOING TO TELL YOU THEY CANT MATCH THE PRICE, THEY WANT YOU TO COME TO THEIR SHOWROOM" REALLY???.......... Buying a car is stressful enough, this was over the top. They were the most disrespectful, discourteous, unprofessional bunch of people I have ever had the DISPLEASURE of dealing with. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO ELSEWHERE.... Trust me (I'm not a salesman :-) ...... YOU CAN DO SO MUCH BETTER ANYWHERE ELSE. The response posted by Donna from Maxon is misleading. I did not purchase a car from them, I purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Although Donna was pleasant, I did not agree to work with them at all. I will never go back to Maxon. More

I worked closely with Al who helped me select and price a The overall quality service of Maxon Hyundai Mazda was a major factor influencing me to buy. I worked closely with Al who helped me select and price a model similar to the car I had seen in their inventory (but had just been sold!). Freddy also helped me get the price in my range. Al kept his word and got some small exterior scratches buffed out of the exterior. The service department does some great work! John was an incredible multitasker and we held a good conversation together while he did all my paperwork. Felix was on site to deliver my vehicle when I returned to pick up the car, and he was also a pleasure to work with. The car was what I came for, the price was good, but the service is what made me buy. Great job guys. More
