Was dealing with Samantha C. on email on the price of a used Mazda. I told her what I'd like my out the door price to be and she indicated she could match it. Bought a top of the line Ioniq 6 here. Took delivery 4/29/23. 2 months later the radio stopped working. Brought the car, they said the'd need it for the day - 10 days later they finally agreed to order a new radio. OK, I said - what's thelead time? Oh, we don't know, they don't tell us, the part just shows up but then we need to install it in your car within 5 days. It's now 5 weeks since I brought the car in - still no radio and no idea when it's coming. The service people work hard at making their problems into the customer's problem. More
