My experience at Maxon Hyundai was nothing more than positive. Michael Patrick was very patient as I was indecisive about trim and model I wanted to purchase. He took me to the lot on 2 different occasions and each time he expressed his knowledge of each vehicle. He took his time to go over every option in buying and at the end I was able to trade in my vehicle at the highest price ever offered. He spent time going over all the features of my new vehicle and I even test drove before purchase. Moving forward,,At closing I came across Jason (manager) who sat with me to give me all the deals, perks and advantages. Dave(finance guy) was also very nice. In a house full of mainly males, I felt the warmth, kindness and never at any moment did I feel like I was gaslit. They get a 5star rating in for increasing my trade in value , SUV of choice, increasing my driving mileage (lease) at no additional cost, no increase on MSRP, patience and a vast variety of vehicles to choose from. Get over to Maxon to purchase your vehicle. Michael Patrick’s service was awesome. My calligraphy was a great choice. More

Do not believe these fake 5 stars reviews. They are scammers and liars. I truly regret buying my car from this dealership. I should’ve read the reviews (the REAL ones) before going and believ They are scammers and liars. I truly regret buying my car from this dealership. I should’ve read the reviews (the REAL ones) before going and believing these predators. And most definitely DO NOT finance through DAVE! As he could tell, I was buying my first car from a dealership and had pretty good credit score, which he took advantage of that as well. I bought a certified vehicle which means I have factory warranty on it, and he sold me a prepaid extended warranty by lying his xxx off to me. A warranty I won’t even use because of the time frame that will expire same same as factory warranty. I went to cancel the package so I could get refund and lower car loan balance, and it HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS that nothing has been done and he keeps lying to me and no one else in this xxxx dealership won’t help. I am starting to hate my car because of this situation. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, and will try my best to get people not to go through this headache and fall into their traps. PLEASE be careful before signing a contract with them, do your research first and don’t believe what they say, only what’s on paper and signed. More

I wish i could give 0 stars if possible. I booked a test drive for a 2021 cx-9 . They confirmed the appointment multiple times . Even send me a text to confirm it. But When I showed up at the dealership I w drive for a 2021 cx-9 . They confirmed the appointment multiple times . Even send me a text to confirm it. But When I showed up at the dealership I was told they have no vehicle to test drive. I understand cars might have been sold out but i expect a courtesy call informing me about that so i don't have to ruin my weekend plans for this. Worst experience . Will never recommend or buy from this dealership. Stay away. More

I had such a good experience at Maxon leasing my car that my boyfriend went back 10 days later and leased a second and then 10 days after that my mom went and leased a car there. Great dealership!
