TERRIBLE SERVICE My vehicle is making noise in the rear, they claimed they didn't hear the noise. Service tech said I should take the stuff out of my trunk he said that's why I had the noise. Then they told me to bring it back they had to order the part. I took it back on Wednesday didn't receive my vehicle until that Monday. (I had a loaner car) But when the part came they needed to order more parts because all of the parts wasn't ordered. Finally Monday I got my vehicle back I called and spoke with the service rep. YANA K. she told me it was the stuff in my trunk and I should watch what stuff I put in my trunk. NOW the only stuff I had in my trunk were cleaning supplies and rags for the truck. I also don't appreciate them removing my stuff out of the trunk and putting it in a garbage bag like it was GARBAGE. The TECH (Osvaldo Mendez) AND THE SERVICE REP (Yana K) ARE JOKES. Both of their recommendation for what a customer should do is very STUPID to me and it makes no sense. WHY WOULD YOU GET A VEHICLE THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN TRAVEL WITH CLEANING SUPPLIES IN THE TRUNK because its going to start making noise. MY VEHICLE IS STILL MAKING THAT NOISE AND BACK IN FOR SERVICE NOW. I JUST WANT MY VEHICLE FIX SO THAT I WON'T GO BACK THERE AGAIN EVEN FOR SERVICE OR SALES. THANKS TO THE SERVICE DEPT. I BEEN GETTING ALL OF MY PAST VEHICLES FROM HERE BEFORE IT EVEN BECAME MAXON GMC, I BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER THERE AND I EVEN RECOMMENDED MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS THERE. NOT NO MORE. More

What's the point of making an appointment? I saw the "New Management" sign, so I decided to give them another shot after not having had the best experiences in the past. Anyway, an oil change s I saw the "New Management" sign, so I decided to give them another shot after not having had the best experiences in the past. Anyway, an oil change shouldn't take two hours. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance, so I anticipated having a shorter visit. No one came out and kept me posted on what was going on and when they were finally done they didn't review what was done. Other dealerships would have reviewed in detail not only what was done but what to look forward to being done soon, etc. More
Bait and switch at its best I went online to see what deals they had on the new convertibles. Online it states $11,500 off selected models. I called them to confirm and specifically told them the car I was looking for. No other vehicle came out of my mouth and specifically stated I wanted the Cascada Convertible. The gentleman who answered the phone put me on hold to confirm it and stated yes this vehicle applies. I told them, I did not want to drive there if this is a lie because its over a 1/2 hour drive. He confirmed again YES. So we jumped in the car and spoke to the salesman and told him the story. Knowing this, he shows me the car and then went on a test drive. As soon as we set down he tells me the car is not part of the promotion. He continued to talk about other promotions but I stopped him there. I cant do business with a company that lies to potential customers and then say it was a misunderstanding just to get you in the door. I took a picture of the online promo to prove the deal, but the gentleman who took my call said I was asking about other vehicles as well which is a bold face lie. I am looking for a specific make and model. Moral of the story is these people will say what you want to hear to get you in and lie to do it and them make up a story about the so called LIE. Think twice about what they tell you on the phone and get names like I did. More
My experience with this service dept was a total joke The service dept assessed the problem, ordered the needed parts, and said they’d call me when they came in...which they said would take 2 days. A week later they called me to tell me the parts came in and I scheduled the service. I brought my car in and they said it would be done by days end. Two days passed and I didn’t hear a word from them. I called and they said they need more parts. My car was not done for 6 days! I was NEVER once called to inform me of the status. I had to call them to inquire every single time. Finally got my car back and upon inspection they didn’t fix the scratch as promised (the scratch that they made, by the way). Salesperson was supposed to coordinate to put my license plates on the vehicle while it was there getting serviced and that didn’t happen either. The woman who answers the phone, Sharon, was excellent. Friendly, responsive, made me laugh a few times I called. Made sure my loaner was big enough to accommodate my car seats. She was the only positive thing about this service department. More
