Oil Change I had. 10:15am appointment and did not get out until 12:45Pm. I felt this was a very poor experience. Inconsiderate. I made an appointment for a simple oil change & noted that I would wait while it was done. I was kept waiting for 3 hours! I can't possibly understan I made an appointment for a simple oil change & noted that I would wait while it was done. I was kept waiting for 3 hours! I can't possibly understand why in the world you would accept an appointment & then keep someone waiting this long. If you had too many vehicles that day; don't take my appointment! If a service attendant called out sick and you were shorthanded, you should have said that up front. You offered no explanation or apology whatsoever. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never use your service dept again. This was enough of a turn off that my next lease will NOT be from your dealership! More
