I even had to go back a week later to request my paperwork that was never sent to me (after I was told it would be the finance person Lauren). She told me she forgot. When I went in, I had to sit there and wait over an hour. When I finally received it, I could barely make out the words because it looked liked the printer was out of ink. Honestly I felt more like just a sale than a valued customer. More
