Of the 5 I was interested in li In need of a 2nd, better gas milage car, I first stopped at a different dealer after seeing what they had on Cars.com. Of the 5 I was interested in listed as being on their lot none were actually there. I left and drove up the road to Fuccillo. The cars I had tagged were there and Richard came by and went out for a test drive with my young son and I. No high-pressure, just a nice drive pointing out features. Went back the next day and took the car home. Clean, well organized lot and indoor space. I will return when the teenagers start needing more wheels! More

He drove the car in and after going over my reason for my being there your representative met me at the entrance and promptly opened the service door. He drove the car in and after going over my reason for my being there he showed me where the waiting room and the coffee bar etc. were. He took it from there and called me in less than an hour when the car was ready. I was impressed when he accompanied me out to the lot to show me where the "LIttle Rogue" was parked. I regret that I am poor at remembering names. Will pay more attention the next time. More
Worst car buying experience of my life! Only a week after I purchased the car which was advertised with rain sensing wipers (a big selling point), I realized they did not work. When I reached out to Fuccillo Nissan as soon as I learned of the malfunction, I was rudely told how it "was a used car, and you can't expect it to be perfect", but I could bring the car in and pay for it to be repaired. The least Nissan could do was cover the cost to fix something I had bought broken, that was indeed advertised on the car. At this point it was very clear to me that Nissan is strictly about the sale and not the customer. I felt rushed into the sale, got rushed into a back room to talk about my financing, which was really a warranty sales pitch and when I kindly declined- the man's demeanor changed entirely, he became short, snappy and downright rude. To add to this experience, my salesperson "Peter" was not only very unprofessional but also belittling. I would never buy another car from here, and definitely regret the only purchase I have ever made there. More
