Straight to the point Went in looking for a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze Lt that I saw on the website for Matthews planet preowned. Came in and started to search the lot. Jack fou Went in looking for a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze Lt that I saw on the website for Matthews planet preowned. Came in and started to search the lot. Jack found me and was very sociable and helpful. He looked up the car to see if it was on their lot. And come to find out it was Matthews Chevy lot on old vestal road. He took the time to go out and grab the car and bring back to planet preowned. We went for a test drive and I immediately fell for the car. There was some cosmetic issues though. So he was more than willing to drive together back over to old vestal road to check out the 2017 Chevrolet Cruze Lt, and I could pass up the deal. Couple of extra features , way less mileage and no damage to the cars exterior. All in all a very happy buying experience and will go back to Jack Richardson at Matthews planet preowned in the future More

We hated the idea of vehicle shopping; Until we came across Jack Richardson at Matthews. He made our experience a breeze. We will be return customers after our experience with Jack. We picked out the truck we wanted, he set appointments, he helped us to secure the truck (there was alot of interest in the truck) helped us quickly through financing, and even went with us for the test drive because we didn't know the area. Jack was there to hand over the keys and walk us though all the vehicle features, and through the warranty. He has checked in with us on multiple occasions since our purchase. We will be in the market again shortly when my wife is ready to trade, and there is no doubt in our mind where we will go now. Love my car!!!! I went to Matthew's Planet Preowned with the intention of driving home another used car. I needed a car that is good in snow. Because I owed more than I went to Matthew's Planet Preowned with the intention of driving home another used car. I needed a car that is good in snow. Because I owed more than the value of my car, they couldn't help with a used vehicle. However, they could with a new car. I asked, now how is it you can sell me a new car but not a used car. The salesman explained, with the trade in amount and the rebate for a new one they would pay off my loan, I'd have zero equity, and I'd have a new vehicle. And if I chose to I could trade it in later on. So I drove home a new car instead with a big ol smile on my face. Thanks to Jeremy for excellent advice and service. I know he had my best interest at heart. I was also given a tour of the service department. Everyone was very friendly. The manager there told me don't hesitate to call if I have any questions or need service for my vehicle. Thanks to all. I'm very happy! More
