Personalized and Simple We had been putting off car shopping for months because we simply did not want to go through the hassle. On a Saturday, I was browsing vehicles at Mat We had been putting off car shopping for months because we simply did not want to go through the hassle. On a Saturday, I was browsing vehicles at Matthews Auto and saw some vehicles at the Mitsubishi location we were interested in. I completed the financing application online in less than 5 minutes for my husband and me. We got instant preapproval and a follow up email with multiple vehicles to compare based off of what we were interested in. Monday morning, our salesman, Jack, called to set up an appointment. Later that day we met with Jack. He took the time to learn about our family and what our needs were. Jack was very thorough and not only asked all the right questions but applied it to the vehicles he showed us. He prioritized our time and needs. In 2.5 hours, Jack was able to explain all of our financing options, show us a handful of vehicles, take a test drive, explain any add-on services and coverage that would be beneficial to us (or not), worked with Tom in finance to figure out best lender. We ran into an issue when our top choice in vehicle wasn’t going to be the best for us due to lender algorithms. Jack was great in explaining the finance jargon and quickly helped us make another choice. Tom and Donna worked diligently from the time we left at 7pm Monday to us arriving at noon on Tuesday. We spent half an hour signing papers and reviewing the add on products we wanted and drove away in our new vehicle. The process could not have been simpler or more catered to us. Jack felt like an old friend we could trust and made the process so easy, even catering to our 8-year-old daughter who was along for the process. The entire dealership was full of kind staff. We loved their responsiveness. It truly felt like they were all working for us and not just for the sale. More
