Upon entering the service department expect no greeting and a huge attitude of we're too busy for you and all will be well. She called someone who said they could take the car now. She called me back in about an hour and said it was done. Last time, the agent who spoke to me said he would call when it was done but did not. Same agent didnt look up from his computer this time. Got the same reception from other agents last time. At least acknowledge a human entered the building! But maybe that's their rule for who has to stop browsing the internet and assist a customer. It's right next to my house so it's easy.
