We bought a used Navigator and it needed a cam fazer fixed. We have been treated ok,but would have liked the problem to have been addressed before we bought it. The work was good . The appointment was not . I waited for 2 weeks for A appointment . My appointment was at 9 am for oil change and front breaks . It’s a two hour job at most . I didn’t get my car back u for 2 weeks for A appointment . My appointment was at 9 am for oil change and front breaks . It’s a two hour job at most . I didn’t get my car back until 5:30 pm. If I go to the dentist with a 9 am appointment . Then I get in at 9 and get the work done . My time is valuable and so is the time my trk is out of the field . What is the point of having an appointment if I get shoved to the end of the day for people walking in and waiting . I thought that was the point of having an appointment . I can’t decide if I will return or not . I also asked george in sales to find me a new trk to purchase while I was there . This may have cussed you a lost sale on another new trk . More
