Upon entering the service department expect no greeting and a huge attitude of we're too busy for you and all will be well. She called someone who said they could take the car now. She called me back in about an hour and said it was done. Last time, the agent who spoke to me said he would call when it was done but did not. Same agent didnt look up from his computer this time. Got the same reception from other agents last time. At least acknowledge a human entered the building! But maybe that's their rule for who has to stop browsing the internet and assist a customer. It's right next to my house so it's easy. Otherwise I wouldnt bother. More

We looked at a Tremmer and a 2021 Derick Castrillon, This young man was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the truck we we’re looking to buying. We looked at a Tremmer and a 2021 F150 Hybrid pickup. We bought the Hybrid because it fit our need more. The Tremmer is a nice truck, however just a little to big for us. Derick answered all the questions we asked and gave us more information about the truck that we did not know. Derick has a great customer service respect. Derick moved our paperwork a long quickly and efficiently where we did not have to wait long. We asked for the truck bed to be sprayed and our topper put on our new truck.
