Oil change and tire rotation I needed several things done. 1. oil change and tire rotation 2. A plastic cover under the engine had come loose and was dragging on the ground. Said it was due to my hitting something? parts on order. 3. While on vacation front wind shied was cracked and had to be replaced. Per my insurance co. re-calibration was to be done by dealer. Service was unable to do so I had to make a separate appointment with the body shop on a different day and return. A little coordination between service and the body shop would have been appreciated. Often times, especially with warranty work, your issue can get "lost" in the process and requires constant contact to make sure it continues as required. I was very unhappy, but then I bought my car in 2017 from Mathews Currie Ford, along with the maintenance package and have been coming here since. From the beginning, it has been mostly pleasant experiences. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. This last visit was far from perfect... and I'm pretty sure my displeasure was more than obvious. The service manager got involved, they took responsibility for all my issues without question and did not try to make any excuses. They went out of their way to make things right. I was unhappy, but it was short lived because Mathews Currie does customer service right. Thank you Travis and Russell., faith is restored and I will be back More
