bad experience, again Bought the works oil change, my fluids were not topped off again, terrible. I was informed about a check engine light on and was told what the problem was. I waited an additional two hours for a diagnosis and was charged an additional $110.00 for the same information. I feel I was ripped off or taken advantage of. In my opinion, the service manager shouldn't have suggested a diagnosis because the information about the fuel inlet light was given to me before the diagnosis. After this ordeal I do not trust your service department More

Recent oil change They were on time with getting my car into the shop for an oil change. They communicated with me on any new issues they found when doing the oil chang They were on time with getting my car into the shop for an oil change. They communicated with me on any new issues they found when doing the oil change. Received the check that included the oil change and flushing out the brake fluid and it was a reasonable amount. They have a solid customer service team. I have used other repair centers but in the end I have gone back to these guys. Win win situation. More

On the way to dealership, I stopped at hardware store nearby to get something and when I returned to my c My electric system was totally on the blink. On the way to dealership, I stopped at hardware store nearby to get something and when I returned to my car the battery was dead. I walked to the dealership and met the Service Manager and he immediately dispatched someone to retrieve my car while I relaxed w some coffee and donuts. Turned out the battery needed to be replaced which we did and everything turned out well. Russell was very personable and professional. Very happy with the attention given to me. More
