I was very unhappy, but then I bought my car in 2017 from Mathews Currie Ford, along with the maintenance package and have been coming here since. I also recently purchased new I bought my car in 2017 from Mathews Currie Ford, along with the maintenance package and have been coming here since. I also recently purchased new tires. From the beginning, it has been mostly pleasant experiences. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. This last visit was far from perfect... and I'm pretty sure my displeasure was more than obvious. The service manager got involved, they took responsibility for all my issues without question and did not try to make any excuses. They went out of their way to make things right. I was unhappy, but it was short lived because Mathews Currie does customer service right. Thank you Travis and Russell., faith is restored and I will be back More

Recall work plus Adaptive Cruise Control While I was pleased that the recall work was done in a timely manner I also requested repair of the Adaptive Cruise Control.
