No explanation for 2022 Tucson being totally dead twice and locked out and had to be towed to dealership. In November 2022 they said battery was faulty and replaced. This time Implied user error or environ and locked out and had to be towed to dealership. In November 2022 they said battery was faulty and replaced. This time Implied user error or environmental (whatever that means/no explanation available) WHAT????? Key fob stored 150 feet away from car at all times, stored in unheated garage, car run every 3rd or 4th day, everything in car is turned off after each use. Driven for 18 mos. before this happened twice. Technician said he feels our car is fine. How can we trust this??? Very disappointed!!!!!! More

Our salesperson Dzejla was great to work with. The staff was friendly and willing to work with you. The finance representative Hunter was very thorough with the paperwork and went over everything The staff was friendly and willing to work with you.
