First of all, Zach Budway was very professional over the phone when I initially called to make my appointment for several recalls .That was my first indication that it was going to be a good experience ! I have not experienced this amount of professionalism and courtesy since operating our own families Ford dealership that closed 20 years ago and was in business for 50 years. They called the corporate office to get my car towed (for free) from the Syracuse Hyundai dealer when it broke down. The Syracuse dealership said they couldn't look at it for two weeks. Everyone I talked with in the service department was pleasant and helpful in explaining the updates being provided. The appointment was set up quickly, and I was able to drop off and pick up my car at pleasant and helpful in explaining the updates being provided.
