The customer service is top notch and professional. However for my most recent visit I had my yearly detail and resist-all treatment and had an oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment so pretty However for my most recent visit I had my yearly detail and resist-all treatment and had an oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment so pretty big day. After everything was finished I went to my car to leave. The exterior detail work was beautifully done but inside was a different story… I purposely left it a little more dirty than the last year because I kept it pretty clean they cut corner and left a few obvious coffee stains and some other things so when I pointed it out they took back the car to correct it. When I got it back again the issues were not resolved so I had to point it out THREE times to the point that the manager was very disappointed in his crew and nearly infuriated at his workers. Fast forward to this visit. I did not clean my car interior for a couple weeks to see if they would do a good job this time. The steering wheel is white so it built up dark hand prints on it, very noticeable and salt was sprinkled in the cup holders from road trip eating. So all very obvious areas to clean. When I sat down the steering wheel was still dirty with handprints and the cup holders still had salt everywhere and driver interior door handle had dirty handprints all over it as well as the B pillar. It almost looked like the interior wasn’t even touched. I didn’t bother to says anything because at that point I had been sitting in the waiting room for 5 1/2 hour and wanted to get out of there and not want to deal with the back and forth. I highly don’t recommend the detailing services unless you wish to be disappointed. The quality control and standards here are not acceptable. Everyone knows the most common place to clean in a vehicle besides the carpet is the cup holders…. More

Brought my Kona in for the same electrical issues. This time the screen was frozen. Renee tested it herself. Later I was told they couldn’t replicate the issue and I had to bring it in when it was glitching, which I did and it was. But instead of having a tech look at it immediately, the car was turned off and they couldn’t replicate the problem. Then argued with me about it and Renee thought maybe she wasn’t using the screen properly when asked about her experience when she got in my vehicle. So not only was the car not fixed (again) the service department will close ranks to protect their own. Just shop elsewhere. More

As always a great experience at Mastrovito’s. While this time I agreed to the recommended alignment with my tire rotation, in the future I might want to see better evidence of necessity other th While this time I agreed to the recommended alignment with my tire rotation, in the future I might want to see better evidence of necessity other than seeing what the computer AI said on a screen. $160 is $160, and, yes, it’s cheaper than a new tire, the resultant data indicated only a change just on one side; camber in one and caster on the other. As I said, this time I wanted it done, for the tires were brand new when I purchased the car and, to my knowledge, no alignment had been done before. The service was quick and professional in every way. My remarks are more for use in the future by reps with totally unsuspecting customers. Great service, as always. FYI, I stopped at the new detail center afterwards and that should work well and be a good profit center. Just wish you had Collinite wax, a phenomenal Utica product that is, to me, number one in shine and durability. More
