I had an issue with my lifetime oil change that I got when I bought my car from lithia. I never had an issue with the free oil change until this service appt. They said that they wouldn’t honor it until when I bought my car from lithia. I never had an issue with the free oil change until this service appt. They said that they wouldn’t honor it until I have the actual contract to prove it. I never had to show it before. So I was charged 101.00 for an oil change. I had to go to the Lithia dealership around the corner to get my contract then they would refund my money. I really felt like they were accusing me of lying because they were so shocked when I came back and they had to give me a refund. I really considered never coming back but I don’t want to waste my free oil changes. More
