We were at your mercy coming in with 2017 Santa Fe with a blown engine and 300 miles from home. The fees for registration were excessive we found as we completed our registration in New Hampshire. I had the pleasure of buying my 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Mastrovito. I can not say how happy I am with this dealership from the moment I walked in! My salesman was Allen. This was not the first dealership I Mastrovito. I can not say how happy I am with this dealership from the moment I walked in! My salesman was Allen. This was not the first dealership I went to. I first went to the dealership that I had purchased my explorer from. They showed me a car and gave me crazy monthly payments that were way out of my budget. I went to Mastrovito looking for a different car than the jeep, but I was disappointed to learn it had been sold that past Saturday. Allen showed me other vehicles but they were a little more than I was looking and I feared I would not be able to get a loan for the higher costing cars. Allen’s manager came over and spoke to me and after speaking for a few minutes he told me about first source and asked if I was willing to try. I filled out the paper and started the process. I got my pre approval and again was worried because the amount they gave me didn’t meet my wants and needs for my new car, when I called Allen and spoke with him I told him there was a car but it was 2,500 over my loan, he said it’s not far I think we can do this and here I am 4 days later with my new car! The process has been so smooth and for someone who has anxiety when it comes to spending money like this but because of the great team there I was comfortable with my new purchase. There were nothing but smiles in the dealership, you feel welcome and they even set out fresh warm chocolate chip cookies!!!!! This was the best experience. If your looking for a new or used car stop on down and see Allen for all your car buying needs!!!! More
