Good experience. Quick and very supportive team. Having my 2016 Enclave for 35000 miles service. The advisor was friendly and very nice, explained me what the car need need to be performed and making Having my 2016 Enclave for 35000 miles service. Awful Worst customer service! They had my husbands truck for several days and failed to tell him they wouldn’t be able to get to it to work on it. Meanwhile Worst customer service! They had my husbands truck for several days and failed to tell him they wouldn’t be able to get to it to work on it. Meanwhile he had to get a rental when that could have been avoided. We then had to take the truck back down to have it fixed and was kept for almost 2 months and at the end of all of this still had to pay for a rental bc they didn’t have the decency to call anyone. We bought my car from them 2 years ago and after this most recent experience we will never be back. More

Took All Day Long Made extra effort to get out for an early morning appt. I noticed at 3 P.M. that no one had called to say it's finished. When spoke with Charles the work was still being done. The result was no one was available to pick up the car. To pacify me they sent a car and driver to get me. The bill was so much bigger than I expected. More
