Wait was HORRIBLE I had an appointment for 11am they told me to be there 10 min prior to my appointment time. I was. It took 15 min just to check me in! Once that was f I had an appointment for 11am they told me to be there 10 min prior to my appointment time. I was. It took 15 min just to check me in! Once that was finally done i asked what the wait time was going to be and they said 2 - 2 1/2 HOURS all i was getting was an oil change and tire rotation! Why make an appointment if your going to have to wait that long! I found someone to come get me so when they called to tell me my car was ready it took another 10 min to check me out! Like yall get your crap togther! More

2016 Yukon Denali service Charles the service rep and Philip the service manager have done everything allowed by gmc to fix my problems. Though I have been very disappointed wi Charles the service rep and Philip the service manager have done everything allowed by gmc to fix my problems. Though I have been very disappointed with GMC corporate and the problems that have occurred with my car with very low mileage. Our corporate rep is terrible and it takes weeks to get in touch with Monet with no resolve. Master has been excellent. More
