Excellent repair of rear air conditioning Masters GMC did a very good job in repairing my rear air conditioning evaporator and blower motor. I give the Masters Service Department five stars because of their work. The next comment is more about the 2015 GMC Acadia SLT1 SUV itself: this rear evaporator was first replaced at about 5000 miles, and now again at approximately 22,000 miles but because vehicle is out of warranty due to age repair costs were paid by owner. Reading various web sites it seems this model SUV has had excessive repairs for the same problem. So yes Masters did an outstanding job fixing the air conditioner but it seems to me that the parent company, General Motors Corporation, should be reimbursing those owners for the cost of these repairs as it’s a systemic problem throughout this GMC model. More

Too expensive Traveling through Augusta and engine light comes on. Charged $494 diagnostics fee. Total bill $877 to replace a hose and a sensor valve. RIP Off.
